Websters Dictionary defines health as the condition of being sound in mind, body, and spirit. Yet, the physical and emotional pain many of us are willing to endure, conflicts with the dictionary definition.
We accept pain, fatigue, headaches, muscle tension, mood swings, and depression as par for the course.
We see disease as the inevitable result of aging, or sadly enough a cruel twist of fate.
We have literally conditioned ourselves to believe that "living just ain't supposed to be easy"
Unfourtunately, this mind set is slowly killing us. We want to be healthy, but we have a limited vision of what it takes to Achieve and Maintain optimum wellness.
Human beings are meant to function at peak performance.
According to Dr. Lerner, "Emotions are often stored in the body in certain key places. If these emotions are not acknowledged and expressed, the muscles are locked on a holding pattern that contributes to psychological distress, and structural imbalances."

Himalayan Crystal Salt is the most beneficial,
cleanest salt on the planet.
It is the remnant salt of the primal oceans that evaporated over 250 million years ago. Himalayan Crystal Salt is whole food nutrition providing 84 trace mineral elements in their ionic form as well as a storage medium for the pristine solar energy of many millions of years ago. When you make Sole, you unleash this powerful, original solar vibration and it resets your vibration to its original state.
Leaf introduces Dr. William Courtney and Kristen Peskuski of Cannabis International; along with the people involved in researching, promoting, regulating and benefiting from raw cannabis.
Cannabis provides highly digestible globular protein, which is balanced for all of the Essential Amino Acids. Cannabis provides the ideal ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids. Critically, cannabis is the only known source of the Essential Cannabinoid Acids. It is clear that all 7 billion individuals would benefit from access to cannabis as a unique functional food.
Rates of fructose consumption continue to rise worldwide, and have been linked to rising rates of obesity, type-2 diabetes mellitus, and metabolic syndrome. Elucidation of fructose metabolism in liver and fructose action in brain demonstrate three parallelisms with ethanol. First, hepatic fructose metabolism is similar to ethanol in that by accelerating the process of de novo lipogenesis, both promote hepatic insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, and hepatic steatosis. Second, fructosylation of proteins with resultant superoxide formation can result in inflammation similar to acetaldehyde, an intermediary metabolite of ethanol. Lastly, by stimulating the "hedonic pathway" of the brain both directly and indirectly, fructose creates habituation, and possibly dependence; also paralleling ethanol. On a societal level, the treatment of fructose as a commodity on the open market exhibits similarities to ethanol. Fructose induces alterations in both hepatic metabolism and central nervous system energy signaling, leading to a "vicious cycle" of excessive consumption and disease consistent with metabolic syndrome. These dose-dependent actions of fructose on the liver and on the hedonic pathway of the brain recapitulate the effects of ethanol.
