Section 2.13. Powers, Authorities, Fiduciary Duties and Responsibilities of the Head Constructive Trustees and Constructive Trustees.

(A) The Head Constructive Trustees and Constructive Trustees shall have limited powers, duties and authorities to conduct the affairs of the Private SUNKE Temple Trust in exercising the authority, expressed or implied, otherwise granted to the Head Constructive Trustees and Constructive Trustees and to perform all acts in furtherance thereof and a duty to inform and account to the Beneficiaries in accordance with the terms of this Declaration with respect to the following matters in this order of importance, yet is not limited to the following: Refer to Sections 2.7.(B)(c),2.8.1.(d), 2.18.(A)(1)(a)(i), 2.19.(5)(e)(f);

(1) The Deed of the Private SUNKE Temple Trust shall be delivered from the General Executrix Administrator either by Fax and/or Email and/or Courier and/or Registered Mail and/or on the website: www.sunketempletrust.com, to at least one of the Head Constructive Trustees and/or at least one of the Constructive Trustees: and

(a) the proof of delivery by Fax and/or Email and/or Courier and/or Registered Mail and/or on the website: www.sunketempletrust.com, of this Deed of the Private SUNKE Temple Trust to just one Head Constructive Trustee and/or Constructive Trustee shall deem that all Head Constructive Trustees and Constructive Trustees are served with this Deed of the Private SUNKE Temple Trust;

(b) within 10 days of proof of delivery of this Deed of the Private SUNKE Temple Trust to the Head Constructive Trustees and/or Constructive Trustees, they shall return verbal correspondence with a follow up in writing to the General Executrix Administrator and give full official notice of their acknowledgement to their irrefutable fiduciary duties and obligations to the Beneficiaries of this Private SUNKE Temple Trust; Refer to Section 2.2.;

(c) the return correspondence must include the Head Constructive Trustees and/or Constructive Trustees full name and contact information with a Mission Statement for this Private SUNKE Temple Trust;

(d) the Mission Statement must be drafted in such a way as to reflect harmony within the objectives and provisions mentioned within this Private SUNKE Temple Trust;

Section 2.18. (A)(1)(a)(iii), the Head Constructive Trustees and Constructive Trustees shall record notice of transfer of all the said assets aforementioned in Sections 2.7. and 4.1. into the Private Registrars Office of ‘Tiamat’ Ki-Earths Divine Universal Law ‘DUL’ Court, located within General Executrix Administrators Office as the primary principal office the Private SUNKE Temple Trusts, within 15 days of the transfer date;

Section 5.2. The Transfer and Recording of All of the Settlors’ Assets with the Head Office of the Private SUNKE Temple Trusts Global Pay It Forward Master Account Treasury, Divine L-I-T- Energy Exchange.

(a) The existence of the Settlors Assets are duly noted in this Declaration and are to be transferred by ‘special deposits’ within 15 days of delivery of this Deed of the Private SUNKE Temple Trust to at least one Head Constructive Trustee or Constructive Trustee.

(b) the ‘special deposits’ must be filed/recorded by the Head Trustees and Constructive Trustees with the Head Office of the Private SUNKE Temple Trusts Global Pay It Forward Master Account Treasury, Divine L-I-T- Energy Exchange with official notice of all transfers given to ‘Tiamat’ Ki-Earths ‘DUL’ Court Registrars Office; Refer to Section 2.18.;

Section 5.4. Transfer Agents and Paying Agents.

(A) The Transfer Agents are any Constructive Trustees and any Institutions thereof that are appointed by the Unelected/Elected Controllers of the Establishment World System of Things to look after the transfer of securities in the Global Sovereign-Debt-Banking-Commercial-Systems and from this point forward these Transfer Agents are obligated to transfer All the Settlors Assets/Titles and any/or Equitable Interest in these Titles that were previously held by the Global Sovereign-Debt-Banking-Commercial-Systems to the Paying Agents of/for the Private SUNKE Temple Trust Global Pay It Forward Master Account Treasury, Divine L-I-T Energy Exchange; Refer to Sections 2.13.(G)(13) and 5.1.(a);

(a) These Transfer Agents shall monitor and maintain concise records of the transfer of All the Settlors Assets into the Private SUNKE Temple Trusts Global Pay It Forward Master Account Treasury, Divine L-I-T Energy Exchange; Refer to Sections 2.18. and 5.1.(a), 5.4.(A);

(b) These Transfer Agents must file/record concise records of the transfer of All the Settlors Assets into the Head Office of the Private SUNKE Temple Trusts Global Pay It Forward Master Account Treasury within 15 days of delivery of the Deed of the Private SUNKE Temple Trust, time-line Referenced in Section 2.13.(A)(1)(a)(b)(c)(d) and give written notice to the General Executrix Administrator and ‘Tiamat’ Ki-Earths Divine Universal ‘DUL’ Law Courts Private Registrars Office within 15 days of the date of transfer; Refer to Sections 2.18. and 5.1.(a)(b);

(B) The Paying Agents are any Constructive Trustees and any Institutions thereof that are appointed by the Unelected/Elected Controllers of the Establishment World System of Things to pay off interest and principal on the securities that are transferred by the Unelected/Elected Controllers of the Establishment World System of Things Global Sovereign-Debt-Banking-Commercial-Systems to the Transfer Agents who then transfer the interest and principal into the care of the Paying Agent and the Paying Agent pays the interest and principle to the Unelected/Elected Controllers of the Establishment World System of Things. From this point forward, these Paying Agents are obligated to pay all the interest and principal payments from the Global Sovereign-Debt-Banking-Commercial-Systems, by ‘special deposit’ into the Private SUNKE Temple Trust Global Pay It Forward Master Account Treasury, Divine L-I-T Energy Exchange; Refer to Sections 2.13.(G)(13), 2.18. and 5.1.(a)(b)(c);

(a) These Paying Agents shall look after all Payments of undivided beneficial interest to all Beneficiaries through the Private SUNKE Temple Trust Global Pay It Forward Master Account Treasury via Spend-Thrift Trusts Accounts; Refer to Sections 2.18. and 5.1.(a)(b)(c)(i)(ii)(iii)(iv)(v);

(b) These Paying Agents shall monitor and maintain concise records of the payments made by ‘special deposit’ into each Spend-Thrift Trust Account of the Private SUNKE Temple Trust Global Pay It Forward Master Account Treasury; Refer to Sections 2.18. and 5.1.(a)(b)(c)(i)(ii)(iii)(iv)(v);

(c) These Paying Agents must file/record concise records of the payments made by ‘special deposit’ into each Spend-Thrift Trust Account of the Private SUNKE Temple Trust Global Pay It Forward Master Account Treasury into the Head Office of the Private SUNKE Temple Trusts Global Pay It Forward Master Account Treasury within 15 days of delivery of the Deed of the Private SUNKE Temple Trust, time-line Referenced in Section 2.13.(A)(1)(a)(b)(c)(d) and give written notice to the General Executrix Administrator and ‘Tiamat’ Ki-Earths Divine Universal ‘DUL’ Law Courts Private Registrars Office within 15 days of the date of transfer; Refer to Sections 2.18. and 5.1.(a)(b)(c)(i)(ii)(iii)(iv)(v);
