Quark of ‘Divine Mothers’ Aether Spirit: A quark (pronounced /ˈkwɔrk/ or /ˈkwɑrk/) is an elementary particle and a fundamental constituent of matter. Quarks combine to form composite particles called hadrons, the most stable of which are protons and neutrons, the components of atomic nuclei. Due to a phenomenon known as color confinement, quarks are never found in isolation; they can only be found within hadrons. For this reason, much of what is known about quarks has been drawn from observations of the hadrons themselves. Dewombkindization and Fi-Masculinization

Dewombkindization and Fi-Masculinization are the differentiating processes that a fetus goes through to become Wombkinds’ sub-species ‘Fi-Malekind’. From this perspective, the Wombkind is the default path for a developing ‘three dimensional Δ10mDNA Temple Being’. Gene actions are eliminated and are necessary for formation of Fi-Malekinds genitalia, which leads to the development of external Wombkind genitalia;

Biologically, this perspective is supported by the fact that there are neither Wombkind genes nor Wombkind hormones that correspond to the hormones active in Fi-Malekind only. Estrogen, for instance, is present in both the Fi-Malekind and Wombkind fetus;

Hence the Fi-Malekind lack the hormones necessary for being an originator of life, therefore this empirical, prima facie, forensic evidence along with the fact that all fetuses default to the Wombkind Temple Being before a hormonal/chemical action is given to cause the gender of a Fi-Malekind which proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Wombkind is the originator of the very essence of all life and that the Law is invested in Her as she is the Life-Giver;

Internal genital differentiation
Gonads start developing as a common anlage, in the form of gonadal ridges, and only later are differentiated to Fi-Malekind or Wombkind sex organs. The presence of the SRY gene, located on the Y chromosome and encoding the testis determining factor, determines Fi-Malekinds sexual differentiation. In the absence of the SRY gene from the Y chromosome, the Wombkind sex (ovaries instead of testis) will develop.

Gonads are histologically distinguishable by 6–8 weeks of gestation. A fetus of that age has both mesonephric (wolffian) and paramesonephric (mullerian) ducts. Subsequent development of one set and degeneration of the other depends on the presence or absence of two testicular hormones: testosterone and AMH. Disruption of typical development may result in the development of both, or neither, duct system, which may produce morphologically intersexual individuals.

Local testosterone causes each wolffian duct to develop into epididymis, vas deferens, and seminal vesicles. Without Fi-Malekind testosterone levels, wolffian ducts degenerate and disappear. Müllerian ducts develop into a uterus, fallopian tubes, and upper vagina unless AMH induces degeneration. The presence of a uterus is stronger evidence of absence of testes than the state of the external genitalia.

Hormonal differentiation
In a Fi-Malekind fetus, testes produce steroid and protein hormones essential for internal and external anatomic differentiation. Leydig cells begin to make testosterone by the end of month 2 of gestation. From then on, Fi-Malekind fetuses have higher levels of androgens in their systemic blood than Wombkind. The difference is even greater in pelvic and genital tissues. Antimullerian hormone (AMH) is a protein hormone produced by Sertoli cells from the 8th week on. AMH suppresses development of müllerian ducts in Fi-Malekinds, preventing development of a uterus.

Fetal ovaries produce estradiol, which supports follicular maturation yet plays little part in other aspects of prenatal sexual differentiation, as maternal estrogen floods fetuses of both sexes.

Biochemistry of Testis Determination
During gestation, the cells of the primordial gonad that lie along the urogenital ridge are in a bipotential state, meaning they possess the ability to become either Fi-Malekind cells (Sertoli and Leydig cells) or Wombkind cells (follicle cells and Theca cells). SRY initiates testis differentiation by activating Fi-Malekind-specific transcription factors that allow these bipotential cells to differentiate and proliferate.

SRY (Sex-determining Region Y) is a sex-determining gene on the Y chromosome in the therians (placental mammals and marsupials).

Evolution
SRY may have arisen from a gene duplication of the Wombkind X chromosome bound gene SOX3, a member of the Sox family.[8] This duplication occurred after the split between monotremes and therians. Monotremes lack SRY and have a ZW-like sex determination system, likely involving DMRT1, whereas therians (marsupials and placental mammals) use the XY sex determination system.[9] SRY is a rapidly evolving gene. Current research shows clarity that modern monotremes are the survivors of an early branching of the mammal tree.

SRY accomplishes this by upregulating SOX9, a transcription factor with a DNA-binding site very similar to SRY's. SOX9 in turn upregulates fibroblast growth factor 9 (Fgf9), which is necessary for proper Sertoli cell differentiation. Fgf9 then feeds back and upregulates SOX9. SOX9 can also upregulate itself by binding to its own enhancer region. This is known as a positive feedback loop, where a gene product can feed back and increase its own expression. Once proper SOX9 levels are reached, the bipotential cells of the gonad begin to differentiate into Sertoli cells. Additionally, cells expressing SRY will continue to proliferate to form the primordial testis.
